How are prices calculated?
Member price = wholesale cost + supplies & labor fee (15% of wholesale) + actual shipping. We keep margins slim during the pilot.
What counts as “light” vs “heavy” shipping?
Most rollers, minis, and small oils ship at the $4.94 light tier. Heavier items, multiple bottles, or larger formats ship at the $7.02 tier.
Is everything eligible?
Most perfumes and beauty are eligible, with some exclusions during pilot (limited editions, extreme hazmat, or restricted brands).
How do returns work?
Basic includes 10-day returns & delivery guarantee. Add the optional $1.99 protection for 30-day returns on eligible orders.
Can I order for friends to maximize savings?
Yes. You can place bigger orders (e.g., two 2-packs) and share with friends. Actual shipping + 15% supplies fee still apply.
