Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, leaking, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and send a replacement or issue a refund.

Items Not Eligible for Return

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• 🎁 Gift cards
• 🔥 Sale or final clearance items
• 🖋️ Custom or personalized items

Exchanges

Need something different? The fastest way to get what you want is to return your item and place a new order once your return is accepted.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll let you know if your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note, your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
